If foreign objects such as iron filings, burrs, and dust enter the outer spherical bearing, it will cause noise and vibration during operation of the spherical sliding bearing, and even damage the raceway and rolling element. Therefore, before installing bearings, it is necessary to ensure that the installation surface and environment are clean.

After the bearing is installed, if not carefully aligned, it may cause additional loads, friction, and vibration on the spherical sliding bearing. These may accelerate fatigue and reduce the lifespan of bearings, and may damage the lifespan of other machine parts. In addition, increased vibration and friction may greatly increase energy consumption and the risk of premature failure.

1. The installation of spherical sliding bearings should be carried out in a dust-free and clean room. The bearings should be carefully selected and matched, and the bearing spacer rings should be ground. On the premise of maintaining the same height as the inner and outer ring spacer rings, the parallelism of the spacer rings should be controlled below 1um;

2. Before installing the spherical sliding bearing, it should be cleaned thoroughly. When cleaning, the inner ring slope should be facing upwards, with flexible hand sensing and no stagnation. After drying, a specified amount of grease should be added. If it is oil mist lubrication, a small amount of oil mist oil should be added;

3. Special tools should be used for bearing installation, with uniform force and no knocking is allowed;
