And every step of installation has the correct operating mode. If there is an error in that step, it will cause problems throughout the entire installation. So how to install the outer spherical bearing correctly? It is roughly achieved through the following four steps:

Firstly, before installing the outer spherical bearing, it is necessary to remove the fixing pin of the bearing sleeve. Then polish the surface of the journal to make it smooth and clean. In addition, users also need to apply anti rust oil and lubricating oil to the polished journal.

Secondly, before installing the outer spherical bearing into the bearing seat, users also need to apply lubricating oil to the contact surface between the two. Then, fit the assembled outer spherical bearing and bearing seat together on the shaft and push them to a certain position.

Thirdly, before fixing the outer spherical bearing seat, do not rush to tighten the bolts, but first let the bearing sleeve rotate in the bearing seat. This is to enable the outer spherical bearing to find the correct position on its own, and it is also necessary to do so when installing other bearings, and finally fix the bolts.

Fourthly, when installing the eccentric sleeve of the outer spherical bearing, users need to first install the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the inner sleeve of the bearing, and then tighten it in its direction.
