The outer spherical bearing is actually a type of deep groove ball bearing, characterized by its ability to match the spherical outer diameter with the corresponding concave spherical bearing's centering effect.

Although its basic performance should be similar to that of deep groove ball bearings, due to the fact that bearings are mainly used for mechanical roughness, inaccurate installation positions, neutral axis between the shaft and the hole, or large axial length and deflection under certain conditions, and the low accuracy of the bearings themselves, some structures are rough, the actual performance comparison of deep groove ball bearings of the same specification is greatly discounted. For example, the outer spherical ball bearing with top thread is used for the deflection and stiffness difference of the large shaft. This bearing, like the seal on both sides, can prevent dust intrusion and closely monitor the factory for loading

An appropriate amount of lubricant does not require cleaning or adding lubricating oil before installation. The inner ring of the bearing protrudes from the top steel wire spiral connection shaft. The allowable axial load shall not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load.

The performance of the top line outer spherical bearing is basically the same as that of the eccentric sleeve outer spherical ball bearing, except for the silk and circle on the top, but the eccentric sleeve. Bearings can be installed with inner rings (with a complete set of rollers and retainers) and outer rings separately. This type of bearing does not allow the diagonal axis to be relative to the shell, and the appointment under radial load will generate additional axial force. The size of the axial clearance of this type of bearing is closely related to its normal operation. When the axial clearance is too small, the temperature rise is relatively high; Large axial clearance can easily damage the bearings. During installation and operation, it is important to pay special attention to adjusting the axial clearance of the bearings. If necessary, pre interference installation can be used to increase the rigidity of the bearings
