All data comply with specifications and technical requirements, and the reason for improper installation can be ruled out.
Due to the small axial, lateral, and vertical vibrations of the two (2) induced draft fan shafts, the magnetic center of the shaft system, automobile base, etc. are excluded. There is no sign of shock on the surface of the ceramic tiles, nor is the axial distribution of the insulated bearings sufficient, as the rotor magnetic flux is unfair. The two fans are the same product, and the burning process and symptoms of the tiles are very similar, so it is preliminarily determined that the cause of the problem is the same.
It is believed that the bearings of these two fan motors are at high temperatures until the entire process. Through analysis of the original recorded data, it is preliminarily determined that the fault is due to the low amount of oil present in the oil slinger ring, which cannot form a future ceramic tile pressure angle and maintain a certain thickness of oil film, resulting in contact friction between the journal bearings. After high temperature, the oil temperature and viscosity increase the damage to the oil film, causing friction between bearings and shafts, and the temperature rises sharply. When the temperature reaches a critical value, the bearing capacity of the oil film is under axial pressure, which will lead to a vicious cycle and cause the temperature of the bearing shell to rise rapidly.
Increase cooling lubricating oil, which is higher than the surface of the bearing tile to reduce damage to the oil film. To a certain extent, avoid direct contact with the shaft and bearing tile, but the temperature balance of 62 ℃ is too dangerous for high bearing surgery
