If the application environment is small, the UC200 series is usually chosen, otherwise the UC300 series is chosen. Usually, there are two top screws on the outer spherical ball bearing, with an angle of 120 °. Its characteristic is that when cooperating with the shaft, the top screw is used to top the shaft and achieve a fixed effect. However, the cooperation environment requires a small oscillation scale. This type of outer spherical ball bearing is widely used in various manufacturing professions such as textile machinery and ceramic machinery.

2、 The codes for tapered outer spherical ball bearings are UK200 series and UK300 series. This type of outer spherical ball bearing has a tapered inner hole with an inner diameter of 1:12 shares, which needs to be used in cooperation with the tightening sleeve. The characteristic of this type of outer spherical ball bearing is that it can accept larger loads than the outer spherical ball bearing with a top thread. Due to the fact that the inner diameter of the same type of tightening sleeve it collaborates with is smaller than that of the outer spherical ball bearing with top thread, such as UC209 with top thread, which has an inner diameter of 45mm, and the diameter of the shaft it collaborates with is 45mm. If it were to be replaced with a tapered outer spherical ball bearing, only a tightening sleeve with an inner diameter of 45mm could be selected, The only tapered outer spherical ball bearing that works with a 45mm set sleeve is UK210 (of course, if it fits higher, UK310 can be chosen). Therefore, the fit accepted by UK210 is much larger than that of UC209.

3、 The outer spherical ball bearings with eccentric sleeves are designated as UEL200 series, UEL300 series, and SA200 series. The main feature of this type of outer spherical ball bearing is that the upper end of the bearing has a certain degree of deflection, and a deflection sleeve with the same degree of deflection cooperates with it. This kind of bearing can also be said to be a special bearing. Because it is mainly used in agricultural machinery (harvester, straw returning machine, Threshing machine, etc.), this kind of spherical ball bearing is mainly used in the layout with strong bounce, and the cooperation in layout can effectively reduce the strong bounce.
